Dr. Eric Herrstrom
Lead Pastor
I’m a connoisseur of sports, Mexican food, and good coffee. But, my greatest passions are Jesus, family, and the local church. I’m married to my gorgeous wife, Laura. We have a creative and compassionate teenager, Emma Grace;
a spunky and verbose toddler, Lucy;
and two puppies, Humphrey and Annie.

I'm ridiculously in love with my husband of 25 years, Richard, and we are very proud parents of two amazing sons, Michael and David. Worshiper of Jesus is who I am, and worship is what I do (Rev. 19:10).

I have been a member of Lake Church since 1986. I married my wonderful husband Gary in 1997. We are adoptive parents of a Jr High boy and finalized in 2023. We love Jesus first and foremost and love watching baseball, football, hockey.

I grew up in Michigan but Texas is home! I am married to a wonderful guy. We have three kids, five grandkids, and one great-grand! I like baseball, apple pie, and yes, I am the coolest grandma.

Hi! I’m David and Phyllis (Philly to our grandchildren) is my amazing wife of nearly 38 years. I enjoy helping adults serve through pastoral care ministries, learning to abide in Christ, travel, family time & being with God in His creation.

I have been blessed to get to serve the Lord through Impact since it opened in 2005. I love getting to see God working in people’s hearts, minds and lives. I have been married for 25 years and have three amazing children and a super cute yorkie-poo who has my heart!

Dee joined Impact in 2021 right after retiring as an educator for over 30 years. Her heart is to help others, both children and adults. Dee has been married for 33 years, has two adult children and is a long-time member of Lake Church.

Stacy joined Impact in 2020 and understands the world of counseling, she's married to an LPC. She has a passion to see hurting people, especially grieving ones, find comfort and joy again. She has been married for 29 years and has two children and a daughter-in-law. Stacy enjoys reading, cruising, and spending time with her family and dogs when not at work.

I was born and raised in Arlington, and grew up attending Lake Church (LABC). My wife of 25 years, Gretchen, and three children (Tommy, Tanner, and Taylor) love spending time camping, watching movies old style (at the theatre), and cheering on local sports teams including my Alma Mater Dallas Baptist University.

I graduated from John Horn High School and attended East Texas Baptist University and graduated with a BS in Child Development with a Minor in Children and Discipleship Ministries. I just finished pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Education with a Concentration in Children’s Ministry from SWBTS.
